Chris Bunnell is a full-time Realtor with Watson Realty Corp., and has the backing of one of the largest real estate companies in Central Florida. He joined Watson in 2008 and has sold over $21 million worth of real estate volume. He's also been awarded the 5 Star Professional award for outstanding customer service.

Education and Work History

Chris graduated from Providence College in R.I. with a B.S. in Marketing.  He taught tennis professionally for five years and worked on over 13 professional tournaments around the country.  He moved to Central Florida in 1997 and worked in the Walt Disney World Marketing Department until 2005.

He has serviced corporate relocation clients from top local businesses, including:  Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts, Darden Restaurants, Hard Rock Hotels, Lockheed Martin and Wyndham Vacation Ownership.


Chris is a proud resident of the Enclave at Berkshire Park in Windermere, FL - where he has served as Vice President for his community's board of directors.  He works closely with his mother-in-law, Pat Zajkowski of Longwood - Watson's first Central Florida agent and top producer for the past 34 years.  He is happily married and has two children (Carly, 8 and Benjamin, 6).  Chris is an avid baseball fan and has visited almost every Major League Baseball park.

Watson Realty Corp

Watson Realty Corp, a trusted name since 1965, was a dream of Bill Watson`s even while he was a student at Stetson University in the late 1950s. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a major in Real Estate and Insurance he completed his military obligation and returned to Jacksonville, immediately going to work in the industry of his choice. Watson Realty Corp. began on December 16, 1965 as a single office real estate company in a shared storefront with Bill Watson and one part-time sales agent. From the beginning, Watson Realty has focused on Legendary Quality Service, with long-range rather than short-term goals - building upon a foundation of strong leadership and salesmanship. Watson Realty`s first branch office opened on March 1, 1970 and we have continued to expand ever since - now with 41 residential sales offices and more than 1,200 sales associates throughout Northeast Florida, the Beaches, Gainesville, Starke and South Georgia.
